It is understood that the victim loves shooting sports and wants to apply to join the Thai Practical Shooting Sports Association. He saw a video posted by Z on TikTok, in which Z said that he could take him to apply to join the Thai Practical Shooting Sports Association, so he contacted Z through WeChat and asked about the cost of taking him to apply for membership. Z offered 270,000 baht. It is reported that the process requires an 8- day training, including examinations, receiving membership cards and joining the club. The victim agreed and asked for a bank account to transfer the service fee, but Z refused to accept the money and told the victim that he would first pay the fees incurred, such as gun rental fees, bullet fees, etc., and the victim would bring the cash to Z when traveling to Thailand . Subsequently, the victim went to Thailand and handed over 320,000 baht in cash to Z , of which 270,000 baht was the service fee for training and applying to become a member of the Thai Shooting Club, and 50,000 baht was accommodation fees. After the victim completed the training, he only received a certificate from the coach, but not a membership card. He then asked the association and found that his name was not on the membership list. The victim was then told that he did not meet the association's membership requirements, which required him to live in the country for at least 6 months . The victim knew that Z had deceived her, so she tried to contact him for a refund, but Z refused, did not provide any information, and blocked her contact information. Therefore, she reported the case to the investigator of Huihuang Police Station and sued Z.
